As part of the Information Technology Section, the ISS provides technology, telecommunications, and Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system quality assurance support to Clerk’s Office staff, judges and chambers staff. This position provides support for the court’s technology devices, networks, telecommunication systems, courtroom equipment, audio and digital recording systems, software applications and associated peripherals; and training for internal and external customers. |
